Dear Diane, Wendy and Brian, and Family and Friends:
I was saddened to learn of the death of Ronald on Saturday, November 7, 2015. It is sad to lose a loved one in death at any age, but prayerfully at 83 years of age, it can be said of Ronald what was said of Isaac at Genesis 25:39, "he died old and satisfied with days." Even though I did not know Ronald personally, please accept my deepest sympathy at this anniversary period of your loss.
I would like to share with you some verses from the Bible that bring comfort, thoughts that others have shared with me when I lost loved ones.
First, it was never our Creator's purpose that anyone should die, ever! When He put Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, they had the prospect of endless life in ageless bodies, in perfect health, on a perfect Earth (Genesis 1:28). Adam and Eve could have passed that life on to us, but they sinned and lost everything for themselves ... and us. (Romans 5:12)
Next, it comforted me and softened my feelings toward Jehovah God to learn that it is Satan who causes aging, sickness like cancer and heart disease, and death--not God (Hebrews 2:14). Long before He created humans, the Creator already had all the angels He wanted in heaven (Job 38:7).
Finally, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ are our guarantees that this Earth will yet be a peaceful, global paradise and that Ronald (and countless millions of others) will be resurrected to enjoy it! Remember Jesus's words at John 5:28-29a and John 11:25: "I am the resurrection and the life," and "all those in the memorial tombs ... will be resurrected." Until then, Ronald, Rest In Peace.
May you have comfort and peace from these promises until the day when you can be reunited with a young and healthy Ronald. And, ... If you would ever like to know more about when and how our Creator Jehovah will bring about these wonderful blessings (or why He has allowed sickness, suffering and death since Adam and Eve sinned so long ago), please feel free to contact me at the address below.
With deepest sympathy and genuine respect,
Harolyne Grant

Diane, Brian, Wendy and family,
We are so saddened to hear of Ron's passing. There are so many wonderful memories growing up in the old neighborhood. I'll always remember Ron's laughter and his great story telling ability. Our Mom and Dad cherished their friendship with Ron & Diane.
I remember on Adams Ave an old willow tree in the backyard and from the willow tree there was a tiny path between bushes... the path was worn out as our yard was connected to yours - the path worn out from our daily contact as children. Diane, you and Mom were as close as sisters can be. Ron and Dad were a pair. When they got together, the laughter and funny stories exchanged between them left everyone in the room crying in tears.
There are no words to express the sorrow; however, I envision our Dad greeted his brother Ron at heaven's door on the morning of Ron's passing, and the two of them have lots of stories to share.
Love and (((Hugs)))) to all,
Lisa and the Brennan Clan
