I met Jeff in the 1980's I believe at an Antique auction and saw him at similar venues for the next 20 years .We conducted a fair amount of business together and I was a regular visitor a Shanty Gaff antiques in Weedsport although that was strictly by appointment because he never kept any hours . We became out of touch because we both moved to Florida ( different locations ) but we both remained in the antique business as most dealers do for life . Jeff was a very easy going and likable guy and we got on well, I hope that he rests in peace ! Roger Butler Sarasota Florida
