Obituary of Ann M. McKeon

Ann M. McKeon , a devoted mother and grandmother, 87, of Auburn passed away Friday, October 24, 2014 at Auburn Nursing Home. Born in Auburn, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Mary Byrne Donovan. Ann was a Holy Family High School a graduate and a 1948 graduate of New Rochelle. She was an active communicant at Holy Family Church where she was a lecturer, Eucharistic Minister and choir member.
She is survived by three sons, David McKeon of Rochester, NY, Judge Michael McKeon and his wife Diane of Auburn , Brian McKeon and his wife Liz of Washington; three daughters, Kathleen Neal and her husband Edmond of Sturbridge, Mass., Maureen McKeon and her husband Jim of Dayville, Conn., and Teresa Oberg and her husband Royd of Tewksbury., Mass; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Ann was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, William H. McKeon in 2005.
Friends are invited to visit the family on Sunday, October 26 from 2-5pm at Langham Funeral Home, 75 E. Genesee St., Auburn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00am at Holy Family Church, Auburn. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to The Holy Family Church Renovation Fund in memory of Ann. Online condolences may be left at www.Langhamfuneralhomellc.com.
